TMDC namely Topwill Marketing Development Corporation has been established and registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 20, 2010. Initially, the TMDC first major foray into “Saving Can Be Simple” segment through an adapted Filipino style supermarket called “SAVE WISE”. The company pioneered the market in the Northern Luzon.
It was founded the roots of TMDC is date back to the 2006 when Entrepreneur Mr. Felipe B. Chu started established a first supermarket in Camiling Tarlac, namely “CAMILING SUPERMARKET INC” formally also known as one of company of “RCS GROUP”, it all started with a vision, Mr. Chu observed the Supermarket hobby of Filipino and opted to make a store offered a wide array of goods from groceries, apparel and household at very affordable price. During that time, the One-stop shopping philosophy was still a novel idea to consumers but with the excellent service and quality products it provided to become an excellent popular company in the consumer retails and wholesales business.
Essentially, TMDC will attempt to merge with (CSI) “Camiling Supermarket Inc”, that has complementary advantages and synergy effect by combining power business activities to develop more branches in Northern Luzon. Hence on July 2010, the company opened the first store outside of Tarlac Province namely “SAVEWISE SUPERMARKET PHILS” own and operated by TMDC.
By 2011 three additional “SAVEWISE SUPERMARKET PHILS” will be operational including Pozorrubio, Tayug, and Rosales Province of Pangasinan. Each Savewise Supermarket is located several town of Pangasinan as well as major provincial town. It was easily accessible and situated by place of public interest (Churches, School, Major roads and Highways etc..)
Through the year, TMDC has been consistenly recognized the highly successful of “SAVEWISE” brand pioneered the supermarket in Northern Luzon. In four (4) years ago and is known for its affordable quality, everyday saving, budget-Varity and Fast, Friendly and Fun service, millions of customers have made of “Savewise” their shopping destination of choice because it is most comfortable, practical and efficient place to shop for a complete selection of freshness goods, groceries, clothes, toys, and home accessories. All under one roof Value-conscious flock to save wise to enjoy its attractive price, wide aisles, clean surroundings, and quality merchandise and the overall shopping experience.
In 2013 TMDC decision to diversity into Mall concept was borne out of manifest opportunities brought by fundamental changes that gave been taking place in the North Luzon Market. A burgeoning middle class, increasing value consciousness across various income levels. And new geographical market opportunities that are best served through “VALUE SAVINGS RETAILING OPERATIONS”. TMDC developed and opened the first “SUN PLAZA MALL” in the town of Camiling Tarlac in February 2014.
As of the 2014, TMDC is embarking on an aggressive expansion program, within the next five (5) years in preparation for its expansion, TMDC has amassed a total of 10 hectare in Eleven (11) strategic location, including are attractive properties in province where urbanization is steadily underway such as LINGAYEN, MALASIQUI, SAN CARLOS, BAYAMBANG, CALASIAO, MANGALDAN in Province of Pangasinan. Also in Central Luzon including TARLAC CITY, ANGELES CITY AND SAN FERNANDO PAMPANGA. In northern Luzon AGOO and SAN FERNANDO LA UNION.
